Return

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return,

 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

 

Once the returned item arrives back in JSAUX's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:

 

  • *Order number

  • *Proof of purchase

  • *Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

  • *Detailed delivery address

  • *Contact telephone number

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Replacements and Exchanges

We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, JSAUX reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
