1. Returns Policy
We stand by our product and offer a 30 days money-back guarantee.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns,
- Products must be undamaged.
- Products must be Not used.
2. How do I return my items?
You have up to 15 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
- We do not charge any extra fees on the returns. / You will need to pay restocking fee of percent on the returns.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- We offer free returns for the following countries/area: RU/US/CA
If your country is NOT listed here you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
- Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.
- Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Step 2: Waiting for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point.
Step 3 : Waiting for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.
Remember to select 'Return Goods" while opening the dispute.

Refunds will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.
Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
- Items will be processed at a local warehouse, instead of being sent back to the seller’s country of origin (eg China).
You will receive your refund within 48 hours after we have received your item.
3. Received a faulty item?
